If you find that you have purchased the incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund on your order within 30 days post delivery. 


  • The product must be in mint condition, and returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer. 
  • The shipping for the return will be at the cost of the buyer.
  • The customer must get in touch with us within 30 after the he/she has recieved the product. 

Once we have reviewed the product's status, we will refund the product at purchase price, using your original method of payment.

RETURN POLICY – Tool Factory Limited

All products sold by Tool Factory Ltd come with at least a 12-month guarantee against manufacturers fault. In the off chance that the product that you have purchased is faulty, please follow the instructions below.

Faulty Returns

If the product that you have purchased is faulty, we will allow a full product return and will work with you to find a solution. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at sales@toolfactory.co.nz with details of the product and the defect. Once we have received the item, we will examine the product and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund at the purchase price, using your original method of payment.


To return the item you purchased, please first email us at sales@toolfactory.co.nz and we will provide you with the necessary shipping address. The cost of returning a faulty item to Tool Factory is to be paid by the customer, however we will cover the return delivery cost if the product is deemed faulty.
