ETALON 2K POLYURETHANE ALLIGATOR TINTABLE KIT (1x TINTABLE 0.79KG + 1x HARDENER 210ML)
Can be tinted 10% with any Solvent based Paint.
High‑performance, over‑paintable and tintable 2K polyurethane coating designed for extreme durability. Alligator provides exceptional mechanical, chemical, and weather resistance, protecting surfaces from oil, petrol, gasoline, salt, abrasion, and UV exposure. Ideal for heavy‑duty applications where long‑term protection is essential.

Suitable Substrates
- Steel
- Galvanised steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Old 2K acrylic paint (solvent test recommended)
- 2K acrylic primers
- Plastics (Etalon adhesion promoter required)
❗ Do NOT apply over 1K coatings.
Surface Preparation
- Recommended: 2K epoxy primer over bare metal and aluminium.
- Sand with P240–P320.
- Degrease thoroughly.
- For plastics: apply Etalon adhesion promoter.
- Perform an adhesion test when unsure.
Application Conditions
- Ideal temperature: 15–25°C
- Shake very well before opening and after adding hardener.
