Septone Bilge Cleaner is a concentrated, powerful bilge cleaner which is biodegradable, non-caustic and non-toxic. Bilge Cleaner is based on a blend of nonionic surfactants which works equally efficiently in salt or fresh water, and it also contains a quaternary ammonium compound which helps to neutralise the offensive odours often found in bilges.
